Specialized Markets and Adapting

Everything is advancing and becoming more targeted... the generic approach is becoming obsolete. Adapt or vanish... It's YOUR choice and mine

The only way to keep this site pointed at the membership's needs is by adapting. I am so busy evaluating and learning about new products that I tend to lose site of what our membership and YOU need to keep you moving forward.

We have well over 15,000+ subscribers and many diversified marketing areas. I am considering breaking the membership into smaller more specific marketing areas. Today, everyone has to become an expert in their particular area and this requires adapting better and more specific marketing in order to survive. This site was developed more for newbies and generic in the Internet marketing area. It may be time to deal with specific targeted marketing areas and there needs.

We know that there is enough subscribers; that the needs will always be somewhat different. I know that we have pointed this site at newbies, I also know, your needs can and will be different, based upon your skills and experience in marketing. Don't stay a newbie, adapt, get involved and grow your business.

Remember: There is no such thing as a dumb question... Only dumb answers. The EXPERTS here aren't dumb... maybe a little slow... Sorry Guys!

I need to understand where you are at in relationship to your marketing needs. My goal is to maximize the number of subscribers reaching their goals.

Besides I have another motive: I figure that if I can get you to making enough money, you will have more of it to spend with me. That seems like a good trade off from my position and it keeps me looking for the best products at the least cost. I am a newbie at some aspects of marketing, but have quite a lot of experience in other areas. Some of our members are experts in other areas and have agreed to help me through some of my weaker areas. This site was developed to help YOU get started as quickly and cheaply as possible. Some have already reached their initial goals and want even more; and are asking for more detailed information about specific areas of marketing.

 These marketers have the money to invest in better applications and these are seldom cheap or free. The more you expect of a product the more expensive it becomes. As your business developes you will need more and better ways of managing; and controlling your offerings. Automating various processes is usually the tools of choice; look for products that will save you time and money.

I would like to try and match you, and your needs with the proper support information and people. I know their are some members with a great amount of expertise just waiting to help YOU. I know this because I have recruited some to help answer questions I am not qualified to answer for you.

Some of my experts are laughing at me, because few are asking for HELP. Past experience tells me, I sure could have used some help, when I was just starting out. It would have saved me a lot of time and MONEY. I need some now, figuring out what YOU need help with and me, adapting to meet that need. Since few are asking for help today,it may be an indication that we have evolved to the next level. I hope that is the reason; even though I know there are new newbies using the Internet everyday.

Help is being offered free and may make it of questionable value. This is a coaching offer at no cost, go look what others are charging for this service. Read the fine print and you will find out they can't promise you, you will succeed even if you follow their instructions. Most of the time these are no more than hidden affiliate sales pitches and allows them to charge more for their product; so they can make a bigger commission and/or more money. 

Ours won't be a big pitch to sell products, although some have excellent products to sell. Some are experts in their particular area and can save you and I a lot of time. I won't have to spend hours trying to learn how to use their product and write a review; I have alrady used these products and know them to be value added.

I admit that on occasion I sign up to become an affiliate of some product and post the links on this site. The difference is I'm not charging you up front for getting this information and what I receive in commission helps pay for the costs of this website. These costs are increasing every year, as my host adds more and better methods of communicating.

Communication is a necessity if you have a group that prospers. It is the main attribute of any partnership that succeeds. It has to be two way communication if it is going to work and prosper. Effective help and training can't take place; without two way communication it just isn't going to happen.

 Successful people are evaluated by how capable their people are at accomplishing tasks, and how well things work when they are not present. This is the training aspect of good management. Communication and understanding is the KEY that makes, or breaks almost any situation, without it, you will almost always be assured of failure.

I have always been successful at accomplishing tasks, and training people to be more efficient and productive. I have no intention of not accomplishing the task I have set for myself on this site but...
