What Did You Do To Help Reach Your Goal Today?

What goals do you want to accomplish in the near future? How do you plan to attain those goals? These are some of the questions that must be asked and answers determined if you wish to succeed. Just asking the questions and answering them is not enough if you want to succeed. Goals are just dreams until you create and establish a plan to attain them and begin taking action. This seems to be a major stumbling block for many would be entrepreneur's. This takes a lot of work up front and making up for your short comings requires time and money.

Few people have all the necessary skills to reach a successful conclusion. It is possible to study and attain these skills if you have the time and inclination to do so. Some go to college and learn the basic skills necessary, others purchase books or take individual courses of study. Skills can be learned, but few people become expert enough in all of the skills required to be successful. When this happens, they usually look for partners or hire other individuals with the required skills; to be successful takes a lot of expertise in many areas. Very few people can do this on their own and have to reach the conclusion; that to be successful they must reach out to others with the required expertise

I belong to some paid forums and most of these allows you to ask questions or possibly form partnerships with experts in their fields. These types of interactions can save you countless hours and frustration; if you listen and learn from their experience. I have found that it is much easier to learn in these situations; rather than buying tutorials or ebooks giving usually a single method that may have worked for someone else. The experts have usually tried and either succeeded or learned from trying different ideas.

One of the first things that has to be overcome is the fear that you might fail , or the experts won't help you. This is the first step in achieving your goals, don't be afraid to ask questions. You may not hear what you want to hear; but if you use it as constructive criticism and learn, you may find the one stumling block that has held you back.

Use any and all resources available to you and learn; it doesn't mean copy. Use your head and look for ways to improve upon the suggestions given. You will find that when you begin to study and look at various methods of succeeding; your thought process will go into high gear and ideas will start filling your head. It is a good idea to carry a small notebook and write the ideas down as they pop up. This is a critical step and once it is mastered ideas will become plentiful; actually you won't be able to apply all of them.

Procrastination is probably the biggest culprit to holding you back. Everyone procrastinates, some just recognize it and move on; others just can't seem to get started. You have to overcome this problem and the easiest way is to find others willing to help you over these difficult areas and times. Many sites are beginning to accumulate a group of experts and for a fee will give you a cweratin amount of their time. I would like to see this group work to help one another and maybe create some new partnerships to expand your business.

We have enough members that I am sure this can work, I know that all required areas of expertise are covered by our membership. I would like to create a spot in our forum to both ask for help and explain the strengths we possess and are willing to share. This was the ultimate goal of this site when it originated and I would like to see this happen. We now have several hundred members and should be able to help one another reach our goals.

This is an area that should be worked on everyday; you must keep working toward attaining your goals if you wish to succeed. The difference between winners and losers is the amount of effort each put forth to attain whatever it is they wish to accomplish.
