General Distribution Rules

1. You are not permitted to sell/give/transfer the Private Label Rights to your customers.
   
2. You can sell Master Resell/Resell Rights to your customers, but you cannot give these rights away for free.
    
3. You are not permitted to give the product away in its current state for free – it must be sold.  It must be edited to be given away.
    
4. You are not permitted to sell the products on Ebay or any other auction site.
   
   
5. You are permitted to add the product to PAID membership sites, but you are not permitted to add the product to any type of free membership site.

Refunds - Because of the nature of this offer, no refunds will be given.  Before you purchase any products from this site, please be sure that you know what you are getting, and are sure you want the product.

These are pretty standard rules unless you subscribe to some very expensive paid websites. I usually won't pay what they demand for products since I am trying to find ways to hold costs down. I still pay around $300 a month to paid websites and much of that money comes out of my pockets. It's the only way to stay current about new offerings on the Internet. If I had a large active list of purchasers I could probably get others to create products for me. I don't have that luxury and even then the costs begin to increase.

I have decided to create a paid membership list at a reasonable price and then be able to offer better products. I will have a very low price for personal use products and then step the price up in increments for resale and master resale products. I will also discount the membership costs by length of term at purchase of membership. It will still be much less than the cost of any paid site that I use; after all if several of my members sign up, my profit increases and costs go down.

I've talked about this for sometime but now I must act; I have over 223 GB of products stored on my hard drive and I only have room for 250 GB. I am using up almost 500 GB of hard drive space since I do backup my material. I will try to give some options for bottom priced memberships to buy better options at a small aditional cost. I will try to make my paid membership site well below that of others and still be able to offer several new products; if enough join. I won't be able to evaluate each and every new product offered and if I keep costs down won't be able to offer refunds for products without exceptional reasons are found.
