Missed Marketing Opportunities
Exposes Silver Lining

I have been going back and re-reading many of the ebooks I have downloaded related to marketing opportunities. Something funny happened, this time I seemed to understand more about what the author's were trying to get across. I have been missing many marketing opportunities, as I have grown. At the time I purchased, or downloaded the ebook; or whatever product, I wasn't aware, or smart enough to implement many of the marketing opportunities that had been described. I have learned that it doesn't do any good to buy everything on the market; just the items you can and are willing to implement. Nothing is quite as easy as outlined on the sales pages. Jumping at every new item will only cause you to delay your progress. Make sure that the product will actually help you reach your goal; otherwise you are missing some good opportunities to get ahead.

Today, I have found, that I actually understand what was being discussed in many of the ebooks. This is great, I am now capable to put some of these marketing opportunities into action. I also noticed that now, I get a lot more new, and fresh ideas from some of these articles. I may even go so far as to purchase some additional items from the authors; now that their work seems to be of more importance. Maybe, what many are saying is true, you have to study, learn and implement the ideas before they will work. If you decide to buy something, make sure it is something that you are willing to take the time and implement.

The Silver Lining

For all my complaining about this site and participation, the silver lining has finally exposed itself. While I was evaluating, and compiling a list of my ebooks; an old habit jumped up and got me. I can't help but read stuff, and I began reading the old ebooks and was surprised to find that a lot of the ideas are still valid. They may require a twist in the logic to meet today's market; but they should still work. After all there are new generations signing up for the internet everyday. Some will start in this area and need help and not have any idea what's old or new.

I have been told, that if you keep working and never give up, it will eventually pay off. I was reading and posting in another forum recently and someone was talking about a new product they were developing and getting ready to market. They were explaining their marketing plan and wondering what the rest of us thought about it. I immediately saw several missed marketing opportunities --- fresh from my re-reading. I posted a reply, and explained what I had been reading and how I thought it could be implemented. I immediately received an email asking, if I would be interested in getting involved in the opportunity. You never know where opportunities will present themselves; many times probably by accident, or a simple post.

Could This Happen To You?

Some will call this luck, but I am a firm believer in making your own luck. You can do it by studying, and learning to take calculated risks. I am not a gambler, never have been, probably never will be. I am a risk taker, if I can get just one thing in my favor. I'm a lot like the gambling casino's, the house always has something in their favor, that's why they will always come out ahead. I have been studying and learning for quite a while now and paid my dues; so I think this will work out for me. I have been trying to figure out how to get in with some of the big boys for some time, and now I may get the opportunity.

Maybe you can tell, this has been a very good week for me and my energy level is back at a level to keep me going for some time. Being ready to take advantage of opportunities has to take precedence over just about all else. If you're not ready someone else will be. Even though I had some other projects in work, and had a good plan developed, mine will take a back seat at present. We are working out the details of the joint venture right now. Everything is secret at the present time, but I'm sure you will hear of it soon. Creating anticipation already!!!

Effort and persistance will pay off you just have to keep trying. You never know when things will swing your way. There is one thing for sure, if you aren't working and learning when opportunity arrives; you'll have no chance at all. I have read of similar situations and each time opportunity was just around the corner. Many times it is when the individual was about to give up. For me, reviewing was the key, to the door. I had already decided to update some of the things I had been doing; so everything was fresh in my mind.

If all works out for me, and I learn and get some additional help from my new partners. I may be able to help my members better; as I will have been exposed to some big time players. I am convinced that paid forums are definitely a plus, and posting can bring some big rewards for those that participate. I hope this will start you thinking, reading and participating and maybe you will find your silver lining. Just keep on trying and you silver lining may pop up when you least expect it...Good Luck.
