Video and Internet Marketing
The Internet has been inundated with video in the last few months. It has to be a big deal because the big search engines have jumped on the video band wagon and there are thousands if not millions of videos already available. Video will have a BIG impact on Internet Marketing both today and in the future.
In the marketing area it seems most videos were aimed at tutorials and show casing various products to be sold. Many seem to like video tutorials for learning about various products. Some, may not be what would be considered video, because they are more like a slide show and just show page after page in step by step guides. I have found that the good video tutorials do make it much easier to learn and reduce the learning curve considerably.
Some videos have been known to be viewed by millions if they are unusual and entertaining. Careful thought about creating and using a little ingenuity in developing videos have paid of in creating traffic. Many of my friends have even begun working on developing video that is aime at specific targeted traffic. Others, say it doesn't make any difference as long as it's traffic; because of the videos free traffic and it does increas visits to their sites. This in turn improves the page rank with the search engines and that is always good for the marketer.
I found a good source for learning about marketing and video and it seems to be reasonably priced at the present. The only problem is the number of videos already created keeps me on the site for long periods of time. The quality of the videos I have watched seem very good and most go into enough detail that even the beginner can follow along and grasp. There is even a place on the site that allows members to request specific areas of interest. The website keeps adding fresh new content and seems to be aimed at start up marketing with very good information through the use of video.
