Wholesale Business Opportunity

I tend to do things different than most; I will put the disclaimer first, then the offer and the prices will follow. Then a description of the offer and what is involved between parties.

I am told I have to lead you in with some sensational offer or you will click away. Sorry, I don't do things that way. I try to be honest and ethical in my dealings, so there won't be any teasers here. I need you to be successful or I won't be.

I have decided to begin a wholesale distribution point and am looking for persons that might be interested in becoming a separate entity and new point of distribution. I'm sorry, but for the time being it will be limited to the U.S. and maybe Canada. Keeping costs low is a necessity in any business and mine is no different. This will be on a first come basis and I will try and protect your point of distribution by limiting the number of physical areas offered.

There would be an initial annual charge of $50 to become a member of my wholesale distribution point. This could change after the initial offer, or as my costs increase. Included would be a complete product catalog with suggested retail price and my wholesale price list including shipping costs. I will also offer suggestions through other training materials for increasing your sales at a low cost.

I have around 4000 different products and would let each point of distribution determine the number and type of products you would distribute. At the present time, you would have to have a minimum order of $35; or there would be a penalty of $5.50 to cover small order processing. This is an opportunity to create and run your own physical business. Please consider this offer carefully, I want you to succeed, and it is necessary if I am to succeed.

Some of the products are copyrighted or have trademarks and have some exclusions in how they are handled. They will be identified and any specific details will be documented; I can't give an exact number as it changes. I think it is probably less than a hundred items that require restraints.

I would be a supplier of wholesale products and that is all I can legally do. The business is entirely your own, all legal aspects of the business will be entirely up to you. You will pay me a fee to use my wholesale distribution point to obtain my wholesale products. You are not limited to using my products only; you can have your own, or other wholesalers products. After all it is your business.

Items will be drop shipped to your location at the prices agreed upon. Each location will probably have different wholesale prices as the shipping costs vary by location from distribution point. It may be possible to drop ship to your customer in the near future although there would probably be additional charges for the service. Orders will not be picked and shipped until money is received for the order.

Shipments should arrive around 10 business days after orders are released. There are special holidays and circumstances that might change the number of business days before arrival; we all need to plan ahead. I try to look ahead at least 2 months and I sometimes get caught not receiving enough product or shipping problems bite me.

Shipments should be inspected at the time of arrival for damage and that all packages were delivered. Check all cartons for damage before accepting from carrier, as they were accepted in good condition at time of shipping. In the case of damaged product(s) inside undamaged cartons; you will need to contact me for instructions and disposition. I will work with you on resolution of the problem.

I will do my very best to hold costs down, but there are a lot of variables such as shipping, utility costs, and insurance that can't be controlled. Today, the cost of gasoline is driving up shipping costs and I don't anticipate it going down. For this to work I need to set up several distribution points to reduce shipping costs. I also receive discounts based upon the size of my orders; so compiling the orders from the various distribution points would have a positive impact on costs.

If you and others would agree to place your order at a particular time each month; it might be possible for me to compile all the orders and offer a slight additional discount, or some form of bonus. My first level of discount begins at around $5000 and improves with larger orders; I can only get a maximum discount of an additional 1% - 5% at present.

I don't plan to carry a lot of inventory as my space is limited so I would like to see orders placed once a month if possible. Compiling orders at this time is being done manually and costs will increase with larger numbers of orders. I know that on occasion this is not possible, I get orders that are needed immediately or as soon as possible and you will also. Shipping is normally done by ground carrier in the U.S. but can be expedited at greater costs. Usually costs at least double and the best delivery takes about 3 days. I discourage this except in extreme emergencies.

I would like to set everything up using the Internet and on computer as it would be easier to automate as we go along. I can foresee a need for automation if this takes off and works as planned; especially on my end.
